Why is my order delayed?

As a result of a high volume of orders, there may be delays in shipping.

I have a tracking number, but my order shows no movement. When will I get it?

No need to stress if your tracking number shows no info yet. It can take up to 48 hours to get going on the carrier's end. Sometimes, with lots of orders, it might even take longer. Unfortunately, we can't speed up this part of the process. Once it's active, just click the number to track your package. Delivery delays may happen once your order is shipped. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your patience and support are greatly appreciated. If you need more specific details about your order after it has been shipped, please reach out to the carrier directly..

What if the item I want is out of stock?

During our sale, products are quickly sold out. However, do not worry. If the item you desire is currently unavailable, please continue to check back. We consistently refresh and replenish our website with your favourite items.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment. This email will contain a tracking number and a link for you to monitor the progress of your package.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

How do I return my order?

Please note we do not at this time accept any refunds or exchanges on any of our products. We ensure all our products are carefully packaged and inspected before they are shipped. Thank you for your cooperation.

Why is my credit/debit card not being accepted?

The billing address and phone number you provide should match the details on record with your bank. If you suspect an error, we suggest reaching out to your banking institution or verifying the information entered in the designated fields.

Can I change my address after my order has been placed?

Please contact our Customer Care team promptly. We will endeavour to update the address details provided your order has not been processed or shipped.

Can I change my payment method after the order is placed?

Unfortunately no. Once you have checked out, we're not able to change the payment method on the order.

Can I change my email address after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately no. Once you have checked out, we can't change the email address attached to the order, but please contact our Customer Care team and they'll be happy to provide you with your order information.

I accidentally entered the wrong address/apartment number. Can I change it after the order has been placed?

Reach out to our Customer Care team immediately. We'll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Do your Bath Bombs Float

The Bath bombs that are shapes float if they have enough surface area.  (The flat and wide area ones). Once more than half of the bomb dissolves they will begin to spin still on the surface of the water. 

Our spinners spin, they do not float on top of the water.
